Leaf Logix Software Support Specialist (Tier 1 )
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Learn and master our software to an intermediate level
● Give live demonstrations of our software to prospective clients
● Answer questions in real-time during demonstrations
● Attend certain trade shows to speak as the software expert (expenses paid)
● Speak as the software expert during key sales calls
● Support customers via telephone and within our internal support ticketing system
● Visit customers for on-site support and/or implementation (expensed paid)
Job Requirements:
● Has worked at a licensed cultivation facility, processing facility, dispensary or retail location within the cannabis field. Preferably a vertical seed to sale operation for full exposure to product.
● Self-managing & Independently motivated (can work out of their home)
● Tech savvy - must be able to learn our software and be able to teach users of varying levels of technical experience to use the software
● Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
● Excellent interpersonal communication, articulate and confident speaking to groups
● Goal oriented - motivated by incentives
● Familiar with CRM usage & Google Apps Suite
● Willing to travel within the USA for onsite implementations
● Email savvy (communication, response time, etc.)
● Experience working at a startup or comfortable at start-up company - willing to eat, sleep, breathe the culture we have at Leaf Logix
