The keystone terminations for 343labs.com in the 700 rack were completed beautifully this week by Nehad Alabdari and Joe P. Everything is labeled, cut to length in the new Cat6a keystones which means phase 1 is completed. The next sub will now come through to do the sheetrock cutouts for cat6 and on the adjacent wall. All the wall penetrations are being minimized to reduce sound bleed from one room to the other. Acoustic sealant is being used to dampen sound transmission. And double layer sheetrock and wall insulation is being used to further isolate the sound rooms within the recording studio.

We're loving this project because it means we get to support a great NYC company that provides in-person & online and training in New York. If you know us or Jamie Propp you know we love music and jump on any client we can get. Proud to support the AV/IT environment for this growing organization.

Next is phase 2, terminating end locations.

We're a Technology General Contractor. for short ;)

As the TechGC, we work alongside property owners, tenants, architects, engineers, and interior designers to act as the primary stakeholder for all of the technology in a project. For example, on a corporate project like an this might include designing and installing the data network (aka the Digital Foundation™), low voltage cabling, WiFi, access control, intercom, surveillance, conference room AV, and lighting and shading controls.

During the early planning phase, we deliver a thorough technology design. This tech plan prepares our clients with an accurate scope and budget + saves time, money, and headaches by anticipating challenges in advance.
