Co-Founders Mike Gansl and Matt Plociak, partners for 15 years, have a combined 60 years of business experience in all areas of problem-solving including marketing, sales, operations, and finance. We are two entrepreneurs who:

- Landed on the INC 500, 2 years in a row
- Created a leading computer-based

training business
- Started and ran multiple businesses in our careers, each of us involved separately in start-ups and mature businesses in diverse industries including solar, LED, technology, software development, web sales
- Went our separate ways for 10 years and still best friends
- AND, are now BACK together offering our assistance to the NY Metro area small business community on how to grow a successful company.
