David’s completion of the program reflects his continued commitment to elevating board oversight of cybersecurity, data privacy, AI governance, and enterprise risk, critical issues for private and growth- oriented companies.
David says, “Throughout my career advising boards and working with mid-market and family-owned businesses, I’ve seen governance continuously evolve. Today, cybersecurity, data privacy, and AI oversight are central to long-term strategy and enterprise value.
The Clarus program provides a practical, governance-focused framework that helps directors translate complex cyber risks into meaningful board action — from incident readiness to vendor oversight to AI governance. For fellow directors and advisors committed to purposeful leadership, I found it both timely and highly actionable. Thank you to Christine Baird and the Clarus team for strengthening boardroom confidence in this critical area.”
