Most hotels don’t have a traffic problem. They have a conversion problem.

Guests arrive on your website ready to book — they’ve chosen the property, the dates, and often the room. But at the final moment, something triggers doubt. A room comparison that isn’t clear. A rate description that raises questions. A cancellation policy that feels uncertain.

So they leave to “check one more site.”
