We’re celebrating Kim McCarty as our August Employee Spotlight!

As staff accountant, Kim is essential to maintaining the financial backbone of GBS. Her strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all of her colleagues make Kim an invaluable member of our team.

Kim prioritizes building strong relationships that make GBS feel like a true family. She cares deeply about the people she works with, holding the belief that family at work is just as important as family at home. We couldn’t agree more.

As a solo mom of three with her youngest nearing 18, Kim is stepping into an exciting new season grounded in strength, confidence and self discovery. Outside of work, she enjoys attending concerts, exploring the outdoors, getting lost in nature and going barefoot whenever possible.

We are grateful for Kim, her positive energy and the all-hands-on-deck attitude she brings to GBS.
