Headed to New Orleans for WEFTEC next week? The Mission band is playing Booth ๐Ÿด๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฐ, and we'd love for you to stop by.

Come talk with Michael Rivers, Richard LaPierre, Matt Crousillac, Michael Hedding, Dave Button, TJ Johnson, Eddie Stewart, and Shankar Krishnamurthy. They can show you how utilities use 123SCADA to see real-time data from anywhere, keep an eye on pump runtimes, handle alarms right from a text message, and put together regulatory reports without the spreadsheet scramble. You can also try the 123SCADA app and check out Mission RTUs that work right out of the box.

Small utilities keep the same lift stations, wells, and tanks running as a big city does, usually with a crew you can count on one hand. ๐Ÿ’ช That's a big part of why managed SCADA exists.

Our new guide explains it in plain English ๐Ÿ’ง what's included, how it compares to a traditional system, who it fits best, and how it holds up when a storm knocks the power out. โ›ˆ๏ธ

Two days into National Rural Water Association (NRWA) WaterPro and the conversations at Booth #548 keep landing in the same place โ€” what operators can actually see once the data is flowing.

Saved desktops have come up a lot: setting up one view for lift stations, another for tanks, another for a specific site, and having it come back the same way every time. So have the widgets for keeping an eye on a specific piece of equipment, and how the data coming off Mission RTUs feeds the reports without anyone rebuilding a spreadsheet at the end of the month.

David Button Button, Matt Crousillac and Joshua Christiansen are at the booth through tomorrow if you want to see any of it up close.

Heading to the WaterPro Conference in Phoenix this week? Come find us.

Mission is one of this year's conference sponsors, and you'll find us at Booth #548 in the Phoenix Convention Center, September 14-16. David Button, Matt Crousillac and Joshua Christiansen will be there to talk through whatever you're working on โ€” remote monitoring, alarm callouts, pump runtime, or just what managed SCADA looks like for a system your size. Bring your questions.

Stop by and say hello.

Some of the best conversations about SCADA happen standing in the back of a truck with a cup of coffee going cold.

The mobile training unit spent the day in North Conway, New Hampshire, with the team from North Conway Water Precinct and operators from around the region. Lunch, a walk through the equipment, and a lot of good questions from folks who run these systems every day. Big thanks to Chip Crawford and Dave Crawford at Champlin Associates and the Granite State Rural Water Association for putting it together.

Budget season has a way of showing up early. If you're already sketching out next year's numbers, SCADA is usually the line that's hardest to pin down โ€” servers, licenses, a support contract, and all the time it takes to keep it running.

Mission is one number, twelve months. A flat service fee per site covers the cellular connection, hosting, software updates, alarm notifications, and US-based tech support. Your rate holds for the term of your agreement, so what you budget is what you'll actually spend โ€” and there's no server refresh waiting for you a few years out.

When the power goes out, does your lift station monitoring go with it? For a lot of systems, the answer is yes right when it matters most โ€” grid down, no visibility, and no way to know what's happening at your stations until someone's driving out to check.

Mission's RTUs run on battery backup over national cellular networks, so they keep reporting through outages instead of going dark with the grid. It's the same reliability utilities have counted on from us for over 26 years.

Our Northeastern Regional Sales Manager Bill Snyder and Sales Support Rep Connor Simoneau brought the Mission mobile training unit to Middletown Township this week, spending the day training (and feeding) the operators and staff at the Sewerage Authority. They also linked up with engineers from H2M and Pete and Nico from our partners at PCS Pump and Process to talk through what's running in the field.

Good time meeting the people who keep Middletown's system going. Want to see what Managed SCADA looks like for your utility? Learn more at https://123mc.com
