Josh Vinci spent 20 years serving in the U.S. Coast Guard. Today, that experience guides his leadership of Atlas Tech's U.S. Department of Homeland Security portfolio.

As Vice President of DHS Programs, Josh oversees program ex*****on and helps expand the company's support across the DHS enterprise.

During his Coast Guard career, Josh served as Director of Intelligence for USCG Sector Houston-Galveston. He also supported operational test and evaluation at Joint Interagency Task Force South, contributing to national efforts focused on maritime smuggling and counternarcotics operations.

At Atlas Tech, Josh leads teams supporting communications and maritime domain awareness. His understanding of the customer environment helps keep each program connected to the needs of the people carrying out the mission.

Over 12 years at Atlas Tech, Ethan Walker has built a career around technical problem-solving and finding where his experience can have the greatest impact.

Ethan joined the CANES US Navy shipboard IT program as an engineer and later held roles in team leadership and program management. Today, he serves as the CANES Tech Lead and is an inaugural member of the Atlas Tech Tech Fellows program, applying his experience where it can have the greatest impact.

At Atlas Tech, innovation is most valuable when it can move from technical concept to mission-ready capability.

As Vice President of Innovation, Kyle Dillon leads the company's technology strategy and internal research efforts, helping align emerging capabilities with the operational priorities of Atlas Tech's government customers.

Kyle brings more than 18 years of defense industry experience to the role. Before joining Atlas Tech, he served as Chief Engineer for Electronic Warfare Systems at BlueHalo, an AV company, where he led the development of CMOSS- and SOSA-aligned solutions from concept through deployment.

Earlier in his career, Kyle held senior engineering roles at Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic supporting Navy and Marine Corps Programs of Record. That experience now shapes how he evaluates new technologies and identifies where they can deliver meaningful value for the mission.
