Great article on the thought that needs to go behind showing diversity in your artwork, whether you are drawing it, searching for quality stock illustrations or using photography. There are so many nuances. And not just the countless nuances of race, but also diversity among body types, relationships, dress, etc. Avoid stereotypes and show men, women and children, depending upon the message.

The flexibility of working from home - working when you feel the best, have the least distractions, and not having to go to the office when sick or in a blizzard - should be a win-win for employers and employees.
