Is your iPhone mail app crashing when you try to open it?

I could not find the answer to this problem anywhere, but this is the solution that worked for me.

1. Delete the mail app. DO NOT log out or delete ANY mail accounts, just delete the mail app.

2. Reinstall the mail app from the iTunes store.

3. Before opening the newly installed mail app, go to Accounts and Passwords under the settings and turn mail back on any account that you had it on before the reinstall. (When you deleted the mail app it turned off mail on all these accounts.)

I would like to ask a favor...

If I have ever done computer work for you could you please take a moment and go to this link and give me a review? On the right side of the screen there should be an ad for Fix I.T. Computer Repair LLC with a "Write a Review" box about halfway down. I am trying to get the word out so that I can bring in more business, but I have zero reviews on Google. Microsoft, ahead of there launch of Windows 10, pushed out an update which added an icon to the tray icons in the lower right(by the date and time) of your windows desktop. This icon prompts you to get and install the new Windows 10 operating system. If you would like to get rid of this icon and the reminders permanently, follow these steps.

1. Go to control panel >windows update.
2. On the lower left of the update window, select "installed updates".
3. Search through the windows updates for KB3035583. It should read "Update for Microsoft Windows (KB3035583)
4. Right click this update and select uninstall.
5. Restart your computer.
6. Go to control panel >windows update.
7. If no new updates are available, check for new updates.
8. Update KB3035583 should be on the new updates list.
9. Right click on it and select "hide update".
