PSA: There is a major outage for many VOIP providers right now as Bandwidth.com's network is under a DDOS attack...
Bandwidth is the underlying carrier or tandem provider (path that a call routes down) for a portion of nearly all VOIP carrier's traffic. Google Voice & Microsoft Teams Voice & Conferencing entirely rely on Bandwidth.com for calling & texting.
In many ratecenters, your only choices are buying tandem transport for incoming calls from Onvoy, Bandwidth.com, Peerless Networks, West/Intrado/Flowroute or establishing your own physical presence to switch calls and paying the incumbent telco for connectivity.
So if you are having phone issues with a VOIP system.. that is why... be patient, they are working on it.

**PSA** I have been seeing a lot of hacked email accounts lately... make sure your email password is atleast 8 characters long and strong (upper and lower case with numbers and special characters if possible.) and not easy to guess... I am guessing this is due to a lot of systems being hacked lately and using the email and passwords of hacked sites when you use the same password everywhere... if you do, then you should change your passwords and use different passwords for different sites. you can keep track of them with various password apps like lastpass, or just keep a notepad/spreadsheet of them...
