Your priority is proving your science works, not building IT infrastructure.

We deliver pre-validated, ready-to-deploy cloud environments that get early-stage biotech teams to their first experiments in days, not months, with enterprise-grade security built in from the start.

Speed to science, without the enterprise complexity.

We exist to accelerate scientific innovation by managing the technology complexity that slows discovery. Purpose-built IT and cloud solutions, so life sciences organizations can focus entirely on advancing treatments from discovery through commercialization.

That is the whole reason PTP exists.

Agentic AI isn't just a better chatbot. It's AI that can reason, coordinate tools, and support real research workflows.

For biotech, that's a massive opportunity. It's also a compliance minefield if you get there without a plan.

Most life sciences teams stall out between "AI pilot" and "AI in production" because of the same barriers: fragmented data across lab and clinical systems, no formal AI governance, limited in-house AWS expertise, and real uncertainty about how to validate model outputs for regulated work.

We put together a playbook on how to move past that, covering:
- Real use cases: biomarker discovery, genomic variant interpretation, clinical trial protocol drafting, FDA submission support
-What AI governance actually needs to include: data access rules, IP protection, audit logging, human review checkpoints
- Why secure AWS infrastructure is the foundation, not an afterthought
-What to expect from an implementation partner who understands both cloud architecture and life sciences compliance

Post-merger IT integration is where a lot of M&A deals quietten down and where a lot of collaboration headaches begin.

Two Microsoft 365 tenants, two sets of permissions, two mail systems. Without a phased plan, "unifying" fast usually means downtime, lost access, or both.

A few things that make it work: dependency mapping before anything moves, a pilot phase to validate the plan, and cross-tenant coexistence so nobody loses access mid-migration.

What's been the hardest part of a merger for your IT team?

When a biotech acquisition meant merging two Microsoft 365 tenants, business continuity wasn't optional.

PTP led a phased tenant-to-tenant migration covering 200+ users, 500+ shared mailboxes, and 4TB+ of SharePoint/OneDrive data with zero major disruption.

At PTP, supporting innovation extends beyond technology it also means supporting the communities around us.

Recently, members of our team had the privilege of volunteering at the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge in Boston, where we prepared and served a homemade Greek dinner for guests and their caregivers as they navigated cancer treatment.

While sharing a meal brought everyone together, it was the conversations that left the greatest impact. Hearing stories of resilience, courage, and hope served as a powerful reminder that even small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference.

We're grateful to the American Cancer Society and the Hope Lodge team for welcoming us and allowing us to be part of their incredible mission. Thank you to every PTP team member who volunteered their time to make the evening special.

Community is at the heart of everything we do, and we're honored to give back whenever we can.

Last week was an incredible one for the PTP team at BIO Week in San Diego.

A huge thank you to Robbie and the entire Bits in Bio organization for helping bring together such an outstanding community. Our rooftop networking happy hour on Sunday was the perfect way to kick off the week, creating opportunities to connect with industry leaders, partners, and innovators from across the life sciences ecosystem.

We also want to thank Amazon Web Services (AWS), BioMedSA, and The Cancer Challenge for helping make the event such a success.

From meaningful conversations at the networking event to connecting with so many attendees throughout the BIO International Convention, it was a week filled with new relationships, great discussions, and exciting opportunities.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to meet with the PTP team. We appreciate every conversation and look forward to continuing them in the weeks ahead.

Here's to another successful BIO week we're already looking forward to next year!

Welcome to the Team, Ronald Turn!

We're excited to welcome Ronald Turn to the PTP team!

Ronald brings more than 15 years of commercial experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, along with a degree in Chemistry. Throughout his career, he has specialized in biotechnology and bioinformatics software, helping organizations navigate complex data platforms and technical solutions that accelerate innovation and scientific discovery.

His deep understanding of the life sciences industry and passion for solving complex challenges make him a valuable addition to our growing team.
Outside of work, Ronald lives in the Chicago suburbs and is a dedicated fan of Chicago sports (with one exception the Cubs). He's a lifelong sci-fi and comic book enthusiast, enjoys tackling DIY home and yard projects, and spends plenty of time with his 8½-year-old Beagle/Pitbull mix, Stark.
Please join us in giving Ronald a warm welcome to PTP. We're excited to have him on board and look forward to the impact he'll make for our clients and partners.
