SenecaGlobal is honored to witness Nirupama Joshi's expertise shine as a guest speaker at SSIM-Siva Sivani Institute of Management organized by Indian Society of Training and Development (ISTD) Hyderabad Chapter, an academic connect session for MBA students on “Building a Dream Career in Management."

ISTD is a national-level professional and non-profit society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. It has a large membership of individuals and institutions involved in the area of training and HRD from Government, Public, Private Sector Organizations and Enterprises.

Nirupama Joshi from SenecaGlobal was invited as a guest speaker along with other industry experts, Amar Chegu and Ramesh Valluri. She offered valuable perspectives on opting for Finance as a specialization, delving into the advantages and outlining various career options within this field. We are delighted to share that SenecaGlobal was invited by CII Puducherry team to present the HR Best Practices at the 'CII Puducherry HR IR Summit’.

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Puducherry, India has organized the fourth edition of the 'CII Puducherry HR IR Summit’. It is an industry platform where organizations are invited to showcase their Human Resources best practices.

At the summit, Pavani Bujala, Shivani Tyagi, and Vivek Keshore, represented SenecaGlobal and delivered a compelling presentation on our HR practices. Their insights were shared with over 150 HR leaders who attended the summit. SenecaGlobal has been granted the 2023 Platinum Award for “Best HR Practices in Leadership and Employee Development” for the HR Circle competition!

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) National HR Circle Competition Awards is a prestigious and widely recognized competition which acknowledges and celebrates industry best practices in Human Resources. Organizations, institutions, and HR service providers are recognized for their significant contributions and innovative work in the field of HR excellence. The 7th CII National HR Circle Competition took place at Gurgaon (Delhi), providing a platform for industries across various domains to showcase their HR practices.

The automated process streamlines how our client’s analysts access the data to provide services to their end customers. Congratulations to Amer Singh for demonstrating a tenacious pursuit of excellence, one of SenecaGlobal’s core values. Amer is a cloud operations lead on the SenecaGlobal cloud operations team. He initiated an evaluation of available tools to replace PINGDOM to address deficiencies in the monitoring of sites hosted on AWS. He reviewed three options, ultimately selecting Checkly. The team implemented the high-performance solution and is pleased with the results.

Amer’s commitment to optimizing our cloud operations is a testament to his understanding of our client’s business requirements.
