A bittersweet story this week. The first incomplete repair in years. Successfully replaced a broken LCD in a laptop, however lost touch functionality in the process...the nature of the repair also caused imperfection in the reassembly process and a glue leak onto the new LCD. Yes, the laptop is usable and works, but no longer at 100% The customer was not charged for the repair. This highlight is to show that even with years of experience, mistakes and errors can still happen, especially while working with sensitive electronics.
