Hey everyone,
Thanks so much for being a part of the HDE family! We have recently pushed an update to the App Store. This introduces a new credit system that will allow us to earn revenue. We appreciate your continued support. We are finalizing a promotion system that will allow us to send out promo codes for free credits, and will make an announcement when that is complete, along with passing out promo codes.... We have also been experiencing a bug that we are currently chasing down. If you make a video with an extended processing time (usually a project that's 2 minutes or longer depending on cell/wifi speed), you may experience an error code after the processing reaches 100% (see pic below). The project will then show as both completed and failed. Please disregard the duplicated failed project, no need to restart it. Just wait for the completed one to appear in your published section. We are diligently working on this issue and will let you know when it's resolved.

Attn Keeneland Consignors!!! Keeneland
The Keeneland September sale is now available on our app. This is the perfect tool for those horses that ship in without a video. You can quickly create a professional quality video using your phone or tablet. The app adds the Keeneland graphics to the bottom and formats the video as a Vimeo url link. All you have to do is drop in the photos and video clips, then paste the link in your consignor portal!! Please watch the tutorial below and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.
