What you can do
Look out for red flags like unnatural formality, awkward phrasing, or noticeable changes in accent.
If the communication feels suspicious, don’t respond, and contact the company in question directly.🕵️‍♀️☎️

Here are some of the latest scams that are going around. Please be vigilant and help protect yourself and your money by staying informed.

1. Bank Impersonation Scam

Scammers may pretend to be your bank telling you there's been fraud on your account. They often use a fake caller ID that shows up as the bank. Imposters will request sensitive information so they can access your account and make fraudulent transactions. Your bank will never call for sensitive personal information, account details, or verification codes.

2. Wrong Number Scam

Scammers may pretend to accidentally contact you via SMS messaging in the hopes of building relationships and luring you into investments schemes or other scams. Though scammers pose as regular people, you should be wary of texts from people you do not know and guard your personal information.

3. QR Code Scam

Scammers can easily create fake QR codes to lead you to their imposter sites. When scanning a QR code, consider the source, verify senders and check for stickers over legitimate codes.

Frequently checking your account transactions for unusual activity can help you spot fraud and take action quickly. If you need us to help in any way, please feel free to reach out.

**UPDATE….the A/C repair man came and replaced our fan motor and capacitor. It was blowing cold and the landlord paid for service. We cane to open shop this morning 8/21 and it is 98 degrees so we wull bel closed today as well until the repair man can come back and fix it correctly. We apologize!

Our office will be closed today 8-20-2025. Our A/C is broken and stuck in heat on position making it 96 degrees. We are waiting for the repair man and will update once we have some more information. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for understanding.
