Bad WiFi doesn’t always mean bad internet.
A lot of the time, the issue is actually your setup at home.

Router placement, walls, appliances, and too many connected devices can all affect your signal more than people realize.

That’s why one room in the house works perfectly… while another feels impossible to load anything in.

Before assuming your service is the problem, it’s worth checking:

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative!

If you’re someone who’s friendly, quick on your feet, and actually enjoys helping people solve problems… this is a really solid fit.

This is a high-energy, team-focused role where you’ll be talking with customers, troubleshooting issues, and helping people get the most out of their internet + services.

What we’re looking for:
• Positive, friendly attitude
• Self-starter who can think independently
• Strong multitasking + organization skills
• Comfortable working solo + with a team
• Basic computer knowledge (Windows, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Bonus if you understand internet/tech or business reporting

What you’ll be doing:
• Answering calls + helping customers figure out what they need
• Troubleshooting equipment + billing issues
• Taking payments (in person + over the phone)
• Working inside billing + service systems
• Helping customers choose the right internet + video services
• Assisting with reports + internal tasks

Other details:
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Occasional evenings/weekends (rotating)
• Pay range $18-$22 per hour
• Uncapped commissions after 90 days
• Medical, Dental, Vision benefits
• Matching 401K after vested

Final Update: We have resolved the IP subnet issue. At this point, you should be able to reboot your modem/router (both if separate) and have full speed internet back. If you're still seeing issues, please give us a call.

Update: We have found there is an IP subnet having issues. We are working with our engineers and vendors to resolve. Will update asap!

Please be aware: We have very high call volume coming in today after last night's power outage. We are assessing any area issues and will resolve asap. Some modems/routers may have been impacted from the outage. Please try pulling power for 30 seconds on your equipment (both if you have a modem and router), and try plugging back in. If that doesn't help, give us a call, but please be patient. We are answering every call we can. Thank you for your understanding!
