We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative!
If you’re someone who’s friendly, quick on your feet, and actually enjoys helping people solve problems… this is a really solid fit.
This is a high-energy, team-focused role where you’ll be talking with customers, troubleshooting issues, and helping people get the most out of their internet + services.
What we’re looking for:
• Positive, friendly attitude
• Self-starter who can think independently
• Strong multitasking + organization skills
• Comfortable working solo + with a team
• Basic computer knowledge (Windows, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Bonus if you understand internet/tech or business reporting
What you’ll be doing:
• Answering calls + helping customers figure out what they need
• Troubleshooting equipment + billing issues
• Taking payments (in person + over the phone)
• Working inside billing + service systems
• Helping customers choose the right internet + video services
• Assisting with reports + internal tasks
Other details:
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Occasional evenings/weekends (rotating)
• Pay range $18-$22 per hour
• Uncapped commissions after 90 days
