There is a nation wide outage issue with Amazon AWS servers that is crashing parts of the internet today. This is not an issue we caused nor can we fix. If you are having issues with slow or not loading pages today that is the reason why.

Update: outage resolved 6pm.

We are working to resolve an outage from last night around 3:30 am, drunk driver took out poles and fiber. We have techs on-site since 8:30am and working fast. We hope to have things up in a couple hours.

We are sharing and spreading awareness for this. Please like and share to all your friends and neighbors in west Odessa. You need to be informed and have a voice. This has good and bad things about it. If passed taxes would go up, rules and restrictions would go into effect but you would have access to better services like living inside of city limits. Show up and be heard and let them know your favorite ISP Net Ops sent you!

Update:
7pm. Oncor fixed the power issue and then we had to replace a piece of equipment that got fried when power surged back on.

There are wide spread power outages from Oncor in west odessa and our main site just ran out of back up power. We are working to get is restored as fast as possible.

POLL TIME: Would you find it a value add to our service to allow unlimited speeds during off peak hours from midnight to 8am? Whatever speed you can get you get regardless of the plan you currently pay for, which could result in hundreds of Mbps faster speeds during that time.

NET OPS COMMUNICATIONS OUTAGE NOTIFICATION: There is a large fiber cut due to road construction. No estimated restoration time has been given. This is affecting most towers in Odessa. We have a fail over circuit running but you will experience slow speeds until this is resolved. We hope this is restored by the morning. DO NOT REPLY.
