Most businesses are about to spend a lot of money bolting AI onto systems that were never built for it. We're taking a different approach.

Every system we build is designed from day one so that when an AI agent needs to use it, it walks in through a door that's already there. No retrofit, no second project, no surprise budget.

A couple weeks ago a client asked about preparing their systems for AI. I had to explain that we'd already started. The whole platform was already exposed as a clean API. When they were ready, the integration took an afternoon.

The biggest companies in AI security can't secure their own AI.

Meta's agent leaked internal data. Microsoft patched their own Azure AI server the same week they launched "Zero Trust for AI." Google patched Chrome's Gemini assistant after it let extensions access your camera.

I keep hearing people say AI is just hype. A bubble. Nothing to worry about.

Then I look at what I've built over the last few months using these tools and I'm not so sure that's true.

Amazon just cut 30,000 jobs in four months. Salesforce says AI now handles half their workload. And here I am, shipping projects that would have taken me way longer a year ago.

The thing is, AI isn't replacing people directly. But people who know how to use it? They're pulling ahead fast.

I've been thinking a lot about this lately: small businesses are getting hit way harder by cyberattacks than most people realize.
