We wanted to reach out during these uncertain times and let you know our commitment to support you and your business.
We are currently fully functional and working from our offices, with our normal business hours. We are offering the same level of phone and remote support you are used to from Proponent IT. We are, however, enacting policies that may restrict on-site services. In order to maintain social distancing practices and reduce exposure, we may postpone service on non-emergency/non-essential site visits. This will be determined on a case by case basis.
In the event of a Shelter In Place or similar order, we will still be able to provide remote and phone services, as the service Proponent IT offers is deemed an “Essential Critical Infrastructure Provider” service. Proponent IT maintains technology that gives us the capability to provide phone and remote support services, even from a remote location, in the event our office becomes inaccessible.
