Imagine building a beautiful custom home…

Drywall is finished.
Everything is painted.
And then the plumber and electrician show up to run pipes and conduit on the walls.

That would never happen.

Yet that’s often how home technology gets treated. Most homeowners only start thinking about Wi-Fi, TVs, lighting control, and automation after the house is finished.

By then, many of the best opportunities to plan it properly are already gone.

We screwed up. Crooked, ugly wiring, fingerprints, marks on the wall.
I wouldn’t say I’m “hard on my team”. They know our expectations are higher than most of our client’s expectations. These photos are from a site I visited last week and we talked about our standard: Does it look like a professional installed it? This is part of our training and the goal is that this never happens again.
