We built this company with 2 things in mind, Don’t throw it way, and be the best at what we do! For too long we have been a society that replaces before it repairs. We believe that most things can and should be repaired first. It’s good for our environment, and it saves people money. We repair just about everything under the sun and we do it for an affordable rate. We are one of the nations largest repair centers for appliance controls. Most people discover us when their appliance breaks, and they soon learn that the control that failed is no longer made. That leaves a lot of people in a tough spot. They can replace the appliance for a lot of money, or you can send that part to us and for a fraction of the cost to replace your entire appliance, we will repair the control, test it, and mail it back to you good as new. We have been doing this for over a decade and have save people hundreds if not thousands. And all our customers had to do was choose to repair instead of replace. In 2016 we expanded our services and began doing in home services for people in the Kansas City Metro. We kept hearing so many horror stories from our customers all over North America about how bad their experiences were with in home technicians and a general lack of knowledge. So we decided to help fix that problem. At least here in Kansas City.
We offer our customers a unique experience to what they are used to. We don’t give 6 hour arrival times, we don’t sub-contract our employees, and we pay our people generously. This results in a high level of communication and overall positive customer experiences. Our technicians are highly trained and go to great lengths to make sure our customers are well informed of the problems their appliances have and what it is needed to repair it. We always seek to answer the “why” of what we are doing. These basic principals while may seem like no brainers are unfortunately very rare to see in this industry. And because of that, we have become one of the largest repair companies in Kansas City with some of the most loyal customer base you can find. Since we started this company, we have spent less than $100 in advertising because when you truly do good work, your customers will do all the advertising for you. We look forward to helping you.
