Shame IBM schools remote learning platform in NYC crashes during big snow event. Most important... how did they get the contract. The major players are Microsoft (i am a partner in several countries including Kenya and now Uganda) and Google. IBM has slipped out of top tier in the last decade. Yes mr Mayor please review the contract.
