This feels SO true sometimes.

When not utilized properly, technology can certainly feel or worse.. BE less effective than writing on a stone tablet. We've found that the root of the issue is typically a lack of effectively planning workflows and ineffective assessment of needs.

Our little nugget of advice: do not use ANY technology in your business or organization that you cannot clearly articulate it's specific role within in your workflow.

Recently, a high number of phishing scams related to requests from a boss needing a financial task completed as quickly as possible have been an issue. Verify the validity of the email address and double check with management before going through with any suspicious request.
