"Qerves" is a way you can show management problems in the plan that your Gantt chart can't.

I find it hard to efficiently evaluate a schedule when I am not one of the few people on project who has a P6 or MS Project license. Also, Gantt charts can show problems that don't really exist when pieces are interchangeable.

"Qerves" is a Power BI custom visual that uses the spreadsheets you already have and the free version of Power BI to easily see problems in your plan.

No DAX. No data transformations. Just drop in the date columns you already have in your spreadsheet and find problems before your crews do...
