She produces imagery featuring not only client work with families, weddings, and seniors, but also couture wardrobes and accessories from international designers within fantasy settings that glorify a story behind a work of art. With aspiration to bu

ild a portfolio of wonder and legends, mythology and drama, Rachael creates artwork that can sweep a viewer off their feet and take them to another place and time. Since formation in 2009, Noctem Photography has gone underwater with mermaids, into the woods with fairies, and through distant galaxies with the power of talented models, visionary makeup artists, and designers with a golden touch. Her goal is to bring out the enchanting part of each and every subject that is hidden from the naked eye; to emphasize the beauty, and to create a fantasy for someone for just a few short hours that will be remembered for a lifetime.

A portrait from Ruthie's memorial session in honor of her late husband Len 💐 She chose a bouquet that brought their favorite colors together, in remembrance of Len's remark that their favorites brought together creates Purple 💜

We were fortunate to include Olivia Giles for her makeup artistry in this session; Olivia did Ruthie's makeup for our previous photo session that was a gift from Len before their wedding day, enhancing the sentiment of this special occasion by bringing us together in creating something beautiful again.

In Loving Memory of Len Gizinski - 3/13/1961 - 5/10/2025

Ruthie reached out with a request for a very special photo session - a tribute to her late husband, the one-of-a-kind Len Gizinski. We spent the afternoon together at their favorite lakeside spot where they would spent time together in open-book discussion of life, love, and all that comes with it.

When we say goodbye to the ones we love, it's never a complete farewell to their presence in our lives. They stay with us in sacred places, favorite colors, laughter in shared memories, and seeing the ripple of their influence in those close to them. Len was a revolutionary force of goodness in this world, and it was an honor to be able to provide this session for Ruthie in remembrance of a such a spectacular person. I didn't know going into this session Len's spot on the bench happened to be the space I chose for him, and it can't help being felt as a divine whisper that guided where I placed Ruthie on this day.
