Vlog 251 is up! Santa has returned again to Olyphant Pennsylvania on Steamtown's DL&W 664! Yes the Santa Train was back coinciding perfectly with the Kris Kringle Markets downtown! This massive Christmas event had music, dancers, a parade, food, a petting zoo, a basket raffle, and all kinds of arts and crafts vendors with a myriad of talents! A great time was truly had by all! Special thanks to all the wonderful people who made it possible. (And there are a lot of them, let me tell you.) But extra special thanks to George and Kim Atkinson for being the chairpersons for the event, and DJ Gordo for bringing the Christmas Tunes, and the Lackawana Heritage Valley Authority for making the train excursion possible! There's no way I can thank everyone in a YouTube Description, but please feel free to use the comment section to add your own thanks!

Sunday June 8, 2025, the Build A Spartan Foundation (BASF)'s held their first "Night at the Races" at Colarusso's Coal Fire Pizza, 280 Main St. Dickson City, PA, 18519! (https://coalfirepa.com/) Each $25 ticket entitled the bearer to Colarusso's renowned Pizza, Pasta, Wings, Salad and non-Alcoholic Beverages, and the opportunity to try their luck with the horses! Cash bar was be available! Horses were sponsored and named for $20, and races were sponsored for $100.
The event was a smashing success, and the BASF would very much like to thank everyone who by sponsoring horses or races, by purchasing tickets, or betting, supported the Students at the Mid Valley School District!
