April 12-18 is National Telecommunicators Week. This is a week set aside to honor and celebrate Emergency Communications Dispatchers. The unseen front line emergency personnel who take calls on what may be a persons worst day of their life. During it is important for us to take the time to thank all those on the front line, dispatchers included. You may not see dispatchers, but they are there to answer the call 24/7, 365 days a year. Thank you for all that you do!
