Just got back from Washington, D.C. for the 2026 CDFI Coalition Institute — and I'm still feeling the momentum!
This week I had the honor of representing AmPac Business Capital on Capitol Hill, meeting with appropriations legislators to advocate for the CDFI Fund and the community lending programs that matter most to the small business owners and entrepreneurs we serve every day.
A huge thank you to the CDFI Coalition team for organizing such a powerful Institute and leading our industry in speaking with one unified voice on the Hill. The sessions, the briefings, the Senate hearing room — all of it was a testament to the strength of this movement.
At AmPac Business Capital, we believe in Capital, Coaching, and Community — and events like this remind me that advocacy is just as much a part of that mission as any loan we close.
To everyone who was there: let's keep pushing. The work continues!
