Greeting visitors and assisting them appropriately
Answering & screening incoming phone calls
Receiving and sorting daily mail
Scheduling/Dispatching service technicians
Maintain filing system
Bank deposits
Payroll
Maintain inventory of office supplies
Accounts Receivables
Accounts Payables
Light office cleaning
Various clerical activities as needed
