"Let people self-identify and self-select. Put the structures in place and let people opt-in," he says.

How can you turn undergraduate students into graduate students? 🤔

Start by checking your data!

And don't take them for granted. After all, they might not even be aware of your programs and what is available to them.

"Even if now isn't the right time for them, if you're able to give them that information at some point, it keeps you fresh on their mind. There's a very, very high possibility you're going to be the first school they come back to when they are ready for that grad school journey," says Mike Seaman, a Mongoose Client Success Lead and guest on the For Your Institution series.
