We’re here with the global parasitology community at the International Congress of Parasitology - ICOPA XVI, in Montréal.

With this year’s ICOPA theme, Parasites in a Changing World, we’re especially excited to be part of conversations around how laboratories can continue adapting the tools and approaches used to identify parasitic infections.

If you’ll be in Montréal, we hope you'll stop by booth #6.

ARUP Laboratories is helping support the national response to the ongoing Cyclospora outbreak, with testing volumes climbing from roughly 150 microscope tests per month before the outbreak to more than 3,000 in the last month.

A recent KSL story looks at how ARUP is managing that increase, including the use of AI-assisted parasitology workflows to help support its laboratory team.

Techcyte worked closely with ARUP to develop the AI used in their digital parasitology workflow, and it’s powerful to see that collaboration actively supporting their laboratory at a time of exceptionally high testing demand.

Outbreaks like this put enormous pressure on laboratory teams. They also show why building digital workflows before a surge happens can matter when volumes suddenly change.

We’re proud to work alongside ARUP as they continue advancing parasitology and supporting laboratories, clinicians, and public health efforts across the country.

Techcyte and Conflux are partnering to bring AI-native reporting directly into Techcyte Fusion®.

The integration will allow pathologists to dictate, use natural-language instructions, apply familiar templates and shortcuts, and complete structured reporting workflows without leaving the active case.

One workspace for slide review and intelligent report creation, with the pathologist in control.
