Here are some numbers from an actual client that we have who just happens to have 8 agents, and runs 9 hours a day, from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday thru Saturdays. These numbers are from the month of November:
Firstly, he pays QueueRock $80.00 per agent, per month in Management Fees: $640.00 / moth
He also pays $10.00 per phone to VoiceOnyx for the ability to receive calls in and to make toll free calls to the banks: $80.00 / month + tax
He has three (3) phones that do the Verifications at a rate of $60.00 per phone, which allows unlimited inbound and outbound Domestic calls: $180.00 + tax
He went through a total of 802,258.8 minutes, and spent a total of: $6,872.85 for the MONTH in Marketing, TAX INCLUDED.
So, for the month of November, our client spent a total of: $7,772.85 for Marketing AND Phone Service.
Compare this to another dialer that charges 1.5 cents per minute: $12,033.88 per month.
Compare this to another dialer that charges 2 cents per minute : $16,045.18 per month.
Compare this to a dialer who actually charges 2.5 cents per minute: $20,056.47 per month.
