Whether you like AI or not, its here to stay - here's an excellent discussion on the current state of AI.
Joey Korenman is a motion designer (and School of Motion founder) so parts of this video are specific to my industry, but much of it applies to all industries.
Through the first half he gives a nice historical summary of "bubbles" and talks about how we may be in an "AI bubble" now.
At about 39min he has a really interesting take on "AI plateaus" - eg: once you get to the point where you are training AI on all the data on the planet, what's next?
He also briefly touches on ethics near the end, but otherwise notes that that is a big topic in-and-of itself and is better left to a separate discussion.
