MomoCon in Atlanta was one of the most visually versatile productions we have had the opportunity to support.

The Grand ballroom featured 256 total LED panels across three walls, with our Pixelhue P20 managing content seamlessly across the entire canvas. Critical Role and both cosplay competitions commanded the stage during the day, while the room transformed into a full VJ and DJ experience each night, with the walls driving every bit of the energy on the floor.

One room. Two completely different experiences. That is what a well designed LED solution makes possible.

Rollins College graduation season is one of the most meaningful productions we support each year, and this year our team was proud to deliver a full commencement experience across multiple venues for all three graduating schools.

Two ceremonies were held inside the Alfond Sports Center, where we deployed 16 d&b V8 line array cabinets and 64 panels of LED wall to ensure every family in attendance had a clear view and crisp audio for every name called and every moment celebrated. The Class of Liberal Arts returned to Showalter Field, where the open air environment called for a larger scale solution. We deployed 16 V8s and 12 V12s to ensure consistent, even coverage across the full field and seating areas, supported by 4 LED walls positioned throughout the venue so that no matter where a family was seated, they could see their graduate walk across that stage.

Graduation is a milestone that families travel from across the country to witness. Getting the production right is not just a technical responsibility. It is a personal one.

Our relationship with Paul Gough Media has taken us across the country, and this year it brought us to Los Angeles for the Cashie Awards.

Five years in, we know what Paul Gough events envision, and this production was no exception. To deliver the award show atmosphere, we built out an 18 wide by 6 tall LED wall as the centerpiece of the stage, flanked by EAW AC6 line array and Otto subwoofers to fill the room with clean, balanced sound. The highlight of the build was a custom designed pixel mappable LED staircase that brought a level of visual elegance and energy to the stage that set the tone for the entire evening, adding that classic award show feel.

Rollins College welcomed its new president, Brooke Barnett, with an inauguration ceremony worthy of the occasion, and our team was proud to help transform the Alfond Sports Center into the environment the moment called for.

To reimagine the space entirely, we deployed over 350 feet of drape to redefine the room, 74 lighting fixtures to set the tone and atmosphere, and 8 d&b V-Series line array boxes to deliver clear, consistent audio throughout the venue. The Bach Festival Society of Winter Park brought a 60 piece orchestra and full choir to perform for the occasion, and our team handled full audio reinforcement for both the room and a simultaneous livestream, ensuring the performance was heard with clarity by every person present and everyone watching remotely.

The goal was to take a familiar athletic facility and create something that felt ceremonial, polished, and completely intentional from every seat in the room. When production design and technical ex*****on come together, the room tells a story before the program even begins.

Some events carry a weight that goes beyond production, and our show with Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Rollins College was one of them.

Featuring JWLKRS Worship and Tim Tebow, the event brought together a powerful night of music and message that demanded a production setup worthy of the moment. Our team deployed 12 boxes of d&b V-Series line array, 8 VSUBs, 26 lighting fixtures, and 45 panels of LED wall to fill the room with sound and visual impact from every angle. Our Allen & Heath C3500 served as the FOH console, giving JWLKRS engineer the control and flexibility needed for a live worship environment of this scale. BirdDog P240 PTZ cameras were positioned throughout to capture the worship experience with clarity and intention.

Every technical decision was made in service of what was happening on that stage. Nights like this are a reminder of why production done well is so much more than equipment and cable runs.

Easter at Wholelife Church called for something more than a standard video solution, and our team delivered exactly that.
Working around the choir, we designed and flew a custom three-screen LED configuration featuring two portrait-oriented panels flanking a center landscape display. The full build utilized 64 LED panels and was engineered specifically to serve Wholelife's vision for their Easter service environment.

Rollins College brought the energy to Mills Lawn for their annual Lipsync Dance Competition, and our team was there to make sure the production matched every bit of it.
To fill the outdoor space with the kind of sound a crowd like this demands, we deployed 12 d&b V8 line array cabinets and 8 VSUBS delivering the low end that kept the energy at its peak all night. A full lighting package and LED wall rounded out the production, giving the event a concert-level visual experience that matched the hype on stage.
Mills Lawn was packed, the performances were electric, and the production held up every moment of it.

They are moments that matter to real people, whether that is a student walking into a prom-style gala for the first time, a congregation experiencing a milestone worship service, or a company celebrating a year of hard work with their team.

Before the first guest walks through the door, our team has already been on site for hours. Load-in is where the work really begins.
Every cable is run with intention. Every speaker is flown, aimed, and tuned to the room. Every lighting fixture is focused and programmed. Video signals are routed, tested, and tested again. By the time doors open, we have already run through every scenario we can think of so that when the moment comes, nothing is left to chance.
The production you experience as an attendee is the result of a process that starts long before showtime. That process is something we take seriously on every project, regardless of size.

Watch what it takes to build a full-scale production from the ground up. This timelapse captures our team loading in for the League of Christian Schools event at the Daytona Beach Ocean Center last November, where we provided complete video and lighting production for the show.

180 LED panels, 68 lighting fixtures, 6 flown truss, and 12 DMX universes all coming together one piece at a time. What you see in this clip represents hours of careful planning, precise rigging, and methodical setup work by a team that takes pride in every detail.
