I don’t complain often… but I just went grocery shopping and wow, the prices are frustrating. Gas, groceries, car insurance, medical insurance, there’s no negotiating it. (At least gas has come down a little , we’ll take the small wins!)
That’s why when there is something you can negotiate, why not look into it?
Working with Summit Broadband in residential HOA communities, I often hear, “I’m not paying my HOA any more money.” I understand that. But then I ask what they’re paying their current provider, and it’s often $100 to $300 a month for internet and sometimes video.
If you could pay significantly les….(around $50 a month) through your HOA instead of $150–$200 to a cable company, wouldn’t it be worth exploring?
I believe in the company I work for because they truly care about their customers. Customer service, communication, and being customer-focused still matter, and that’s something you don’t often find anymore unless you’re working with a local business. Which we are 😉
If you or someone you know lives in an HOA and interested in learning what options may be available, reach out. I’m always happy to educate and help.
Education costs nothing. Overpaying does.
