Looking for a talented Tier 1 IT Support Technician / Help Desk support person to join our team.

Phone support, remote assistance and troubleshooting for our clients.
IT project work
Documentation and reporting.

What we are looking for in order of importance:

Must Have:
1) Friendly. "Listen / Before You Speak" personality.
2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
4) Strong technical support skills (end user support, software / hardware installation and troubleshooting)
5) Certifications (A+ / Net+ / MCSA/ CCNA etc) and will to progress.

Nice to have:
1) IT support ticketing systems experience
2) Understanding of prioritization and project flow
3) Enterprise infrastructure and IT department operations experience.

Very nice to have:
Both, technical and customer service experience.

Technologies you will be working, and expected to be proficient in:
1) Microsoft family of products
2) TCP/IP networks operation
3) Workstations and server hardware
4) Solid understanding of Active directory, DNS, DHCP etc.
