Think your password is the only thing standing between hackers and your business? Think again. 🚫
Hackers are now stealing "session cookies"—digital tokens that keep you logged in—to bypass passwords and Multi-Factor Authentication entirely. Once they have this cookie, they are logged in as YOU instantly.
Swipe to see how to lock this down ➡️
Solvera Tech Tip: Never check "Keep me signed in" on a public device. If you suspect something is wrong, force a "Sign-out of all sessions" in your admin settings immediately.

🚨 Android Security Alert: Update Your Device Now! 🚨
If you use a Pixel, Samsung, or any Android device, this is your sign to check for a software update immediately.
Google has just released patches for 51 vulnerabilities, including two high-severity flaws that are already being targeted by hackers. These specific exploits could allow malicious apps to access your sensitive data or give attackers higher privileges on your phone.
Why this matters for your business: A single compromised mobile device can be a gateway into your company’s network and sensitive data.
What to do: 1️⃣ Go to Settings ⚙️ 2️⃣ Tap System Update or Software Update 3️⃣ Check for the December 2025 security patch
Stay safe and stay updated! At Solvera Tech, we help businesses manage mobile device security so your team stays protected, no matter where they work. 📱🛡️

Technology moves in sprints. Is your business keeping up? 🏃💨

Forbes recently reported that the rate of technological advancement is now faster than most organizational "settling" periods. This is especially true in , where AI is rapidly taking over routine tasks like invoicing.
This is a massive opportunity for accountants to move into strategic roles—but there's a catch.
⚠️ If your team doesn't understand the "logic" inside the AI black box, you risk losing institutional knowledge and trust in your data.
The Solvera Tech Secret: We believe the winners won’t be those with the most tools, but those who best understand how to harness them.
Stop reacting to tech updates and start leading through them. 🛡️💻

Where is your data right now? 🗺️💻
It’s easy to think of the "Cloud" as everywhere, but your Microsoft 365 files are physically stored in a data center somewhere on Earth. If that location is in a different country, you could be out of compliance with industry regulations.
Pro Tip: Head to your Microsoft Admin Center ➡️ Settings ➡️ Org Settings ➡️ Organization Profile to see your data location.
Not sure what you’re looking at? Send us a DM! We’ll help you ensure your digital footprint is compliant and secure. 🚀

Does your AI start to "hallucinate" or forget what you said 10 minutes ago? 😵‍💫🧠

It’s likely because of your Context Window. Think of it as a moving spotlight: as you feed the AI more text, the spotlight moves forward, and the earlier parts of your conversation fall into darkness.

To keep your AI sharp and accurate, keep these 5 things in mind:

1️⃣ It’s a moving spotlight: If your chat thread gets too long, the AI literally "forgets" the beginning. Start fresh for new tasks! 2️⃣ Tokens ≠ Words: AI sees data in "chunks" called tokens. Complex spreadsheets and code use up space much faster than simple text. 3️⃣ Subscription Power: Free versions have small windows. Pro or Team tiers unlock "brain space" for hundreds of files at once. 4️⃣ The "Lost in the Middle" Effect: Even with a big window, AI reasoning can get lazy if it's too full. Break huge tasks into smaller, focused prompts. 5️⃣ Clean your data: Hidden formatting in PDFs eats up your limit. Paste clean, plain text to give the AI more room to think.
Stop the hallucinations and start getting better results. 🚀

Did you know you can copy text from a VIDEO? 🤯🎬
If you use Windows, you need to install Microsoft PowerToys. The "Text Extractor" tool is a game-changer for anyone who attends virtual meetings or watches training videos.
✨ How to use it: 🔥 Use the shortcut: Windows Key + Shift + T 🔥 Highlight the text you want (from a Zoom call, a YouTube video, or a locked PDF). 🔥 Paste it anywhere!
No more "wait, go back to that slide!" or missing important links. 🛡️💻

Convenience is the enemy of security. 🛑💻
We get it—auto-filling passwords with one click is easy. But saving them in your browser makes you a "sitting duck" for hackers and data thieves.
Browser Saving: ❌ Passwords stored in plain text. ❌ Vulnerable to simple malware. ❌ Easily accessible by anyone with physical access to your PC.
Dedicated Password Manager: ✅ Encrypted behind a Master Password. ✅ Protected by Biometrics (FaceID/Fingerprint). ✅ Generates unique, "unhackable" passwords for every site.
At Solvera Tech, we help businesses move away from risky habits and into secure, scalable workflows. Don't wait for a breach to make the switch. 🚀
