I see this much too often, an extremely dirty computer. Computers are like vacuums, they suck up all the dirt. And the more fans inside a computer, the faster they suck in all that dirt.
Excessive dirt forms a coating on everything, causing an insulation effect which causes it to run hotter than in should. It can also cause short circuits, and harm or even destroy a computer outright.
You can open your computer and clean it out yourself, just make sure the computer is off, and un-plugged, and use a nylon paint brush to dislodge the dirt, while a vacuum is used to catch the dirt. Try and not let the vacuums nozzle come in contact with any of the internal components, just hold it close to where you are brushing, and the dirt will go right into the vacuum.
If you don't want to risk doing it yourself, just bring it in to the PC REPAIR SHOP, and we will make it look and perform much better than it did before being cleaned, by cleaning it inside and outside, as well as running some checks on the operating system, windows or mac, and free up some hard drive space by removing all the junk files that may be found, and optimize your hard drive for more efficient and faster use.
