UPDATE: Repair crews worked through the night to repair and re-splice each fiber that was damaged. All connections should now be back online. If you are still having issues please power cycle your equipment by unplugging the power and plugging it back in. Do not press any reset buttons. Good morning! We wanted to share that a construction crew has unfortunately hit and damaged one of our fiber optic cables in Oshkosh. This is affecting only the customers being served by that particular fiber cable. NTD repair and splice crews are on the scene working on repairing the several hundred fibers in that duct. We do apologize for this outage and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this as the highest possible priority.
