Illinois SBDC at Waubonsee Community College students learned legal business fundamentals, practiced business promotion, and had an HR sneak peek so they were ready to hire their first employee. Thank you Joyce B Bartizal and Cyndi Morales for your expertise!

Business fundamentals apply to all industries. As this banking exec spoke during the Reuters Momentum AI Insights event today, he stated they had unsuccessfully tried integrating AI. AI started falling into place when they began to answer the questions - What do our clients need? What problems do we solve?

I'm thankful our Illinois SBDC at Waubonsee Community College entrepreneurs are focusing on these very questions early on. Momentum, excitement, and tech make it easy to loose our way. Focusing on the problems you solve for your clients always acts a compass. Even though you may not be clear on the final destination, you know you are headed in the right direction.
