There’s no better way to kick off football season in Kansas City! 🏈❤️💛

Our CEO, Grace Ahn, had the pleasure of joining the Corporate Technology sponsor table at the Kansas City Chiefs Kickoff Luncheon, along with Brittany.

One message especially stood out: great teams are built through perseverance, shared vision, and a commitment to excellence—one day at a time.

From Clark Hunt’s reflections on Lamar Hunt’s vision to Andy Reid and the players sharing how they continue to learn, compete, and grow together, it was a great reminder that the same principles build winning teams in sports, business, and community.

Proud to be part of and the Kansas City business community.

Go Chiefs! ❤️💛🏈

The Shaping the Future of Football closing ceremony gave us a fascinating look at how Kansas City is helping influence the future of the world's game.

NvisionKC had the opportunity to attend this unique event hosted by the KU School of Architecture & Design and Keystone Innovation District. The exhibition explored the many pieces that shape the modern soccer experience, from stadium architecture and urban planning to fan engagement and emerging technology.

The exhibition featured World Cup stadium models, immersive visualizations, and student-led projects that showcased the creativity and innovation driving the future of sports. With Kansas City's significant connection to the 2026 FIFA World Cup, it was exciting to see the impact our region continues to have on the global stage.

One of the highlights of the evening was hearing from Cliff Illig, co-founder of Cerner and principal owner of Sporting Kansas City, as he shared reflections on the World Cup experience in Kansas City and what it meant for the community.

Thank you to the KU School of Architecture & Design, Keystone Innovation District, and everyone who helped bring this exhibition to life. We enjoyed the opportunity to learn, connect with others, and celebrate the ideas shaping the future of sports right here in Kansas City. ⚽🏟️

When someone reaches out for help, their first interaction is often a website. It should be easy to navigate, accessible, and designed to connect people with the support they need.

Hope House House has spent more than 40 years supporting individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, providing shelter, advocacy, counseling, and prevention services throughout the Kansas City area.

To better support that mission online, NvisionKC partnered with Hope House to reimagine their digital experience. Led by Jessica Jang, the project focused on creating a more accessible, mobile-friendly website that makes it easier for survivors, families, donors, volunteers, and community members to find resources and take action.

The work was recognized with a Gold Philly Award for website excellence, but what matters most is helping Hope House reach more people and making it easier for those in need to find support when they need it most.

What an inspiring day celebrating entrepreneurship and growth in Kansas City!

We were honored to attend the ScaleUP! Kansas City Cohort 16 Luncheon, welcoming 19 entrepreneurs who are beginning the next chapter of their leadership and business-growth journeys.

For more than a decade, ScaleUP! KC has demonstrated what happens when entrepreneurs invest not only in their businesses, but also in themselves as leaders. The impact extends far beyond individual companies—creating jobs, strengthening our local economy, and building a community of business owners who continue to mentor and support one another.

We were especially proud that our CEO, Grace Ahn, had the honor of introducing Pamela and Hugo and their business as part of the new Cohort 16. It was wonderful to celebrate them alongside so many accomplished entrepreneurs, alumni, coaches, mentors, partners, and community leaders.

Congratulations to Pamela, Hugo, and all 19 members of Cohort 16! We look forward to seeing how you grow, lead, and make an impact throughout Kansas City and beyond.

Here’s to the next generation of Kansas City business success! 👏

Long before Nvision KC, Grace and David Alexander worked side by side through a period of incredible growth, tackling challenges, building the foundation for a growing business, and finding ways to scale without losing sight of the people behind the work. From shaping processes and leading complex initiatives to solving whatever problem came next, they spent years navigating the ups and downs that come with building something meaningful.

When you've worked that closely with someone, you get to see the things that don't always show up on a résumé. You see the commitment, the problem solving, the willingness to step in wherever needed, and the impact someone has on the people around them.

That's why David's words mean so much to us. They come from someone who experienced Grace's leadership firsthand and saw the role she played in helping drive success during those formative years. We're honored to share his reflections and grateful for the partnership, friendship, and mutual respect that have continued through the years and remain part of the story behind NvisionKC today.

Kansas City is building something special in digital health.

Our CEO, Grace Ahn, attended Digital Health Day 2026, thanks to an invitation from the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce, connecting with founders, healthcare leaders, investors, and innovators across our region.

One message stood out:

Start with the problem—not the technology.

From AI and rural healthcare to scaling innovation, the opportunity is tremendous when we listen first, collaborate, and build around real human needs.

We were also inspired to celebrate this year’s Lumi Award winners and their contributions to Kansas City’s digital health ecosystem:

🏆 Maria Meyers – Impact & Influence
🏆 Darcy Howe, KCRise Fund – Impact & Influence
🏆 Jessica W. Lea, Tria Health – Company Growth
🏆 Michael Valentine, Netsmart – Corporate Visionary
🏆 John Spertus, MD, MPH, FACC – Digital Pioneer

Congratulations to all the honorees—and thank you to Digital Health KC for bringing this community together.

Proud of the momentum happening in Kansas City and excited about what we can solve together.

This week Jessica Jang, Elise Thong and Grace Ahn attended CEO Unplugged with the Overland Park Chamber's Young Professionals group.

It was refreshing to hear local executives speak openly about the ups and downs of their careers, the decisions that shaped them, and lessons they wish they had learned sooner. The discussion felt honest, practical, and relatable.

Thanks to Maria Gibbs and the panelists for sharing their experiences and making the conversation one worth being in. We enjoyed connecting with other young professionals and spending the afternoon with people who care about growing Kansas City's business community.

Wondering where Microsoft 365 is headed next?

Explore the trends influencing Teams, SharePoint, and AI across organizations in 2026.

AI may be moving fast, but most organizations are still working through a much bigger challenge: making knowledge easy to find and use.

That's where Teams and SharePoint are taking on a much larger role than they did just a few years ago.

In this blog, Grace Ahn explores five trends we're seeing across organizations in 2026.

We were honored to attend the Leadership Workshop & Conversation with Nevada Supreme Court Justice Patricia Lee, hosted by KASGKC and FOMKAA USA.

Justice Lee shared powerful insights on leadership, identity, resilience, and navigating success across cultures through her conversation, "Between Cultures, Beyond Limits." Her journey as the first Black and Asian American justice to serve on Nevada's highest court offered valuable perspective and inspiration for everyone in attendance.

Beyond the discussion itself, it was wonderful to connect with professionals, community leaders, and emerging leaders from across the Midwest. Events like these create meaningful opportunities to learn from one another, strengthen relationships, and celebrate the diverse experiences that shape our communities.

Thank you to KASGKC, FOMKAA USA, and Justice Lee for an engaging and impactful evening. We look forward to continuing these important conversations and supporting opportunities that bring people together through leadership, learning, and community.
