I want to thank everyone for supporting my local business over the past decade! It has been great meeting all the people and working with the community.
I have been extremely busy this year trying to juggle all of my rentals, personal life, all the businesses I service, and the family.
I’m getting ready to start a new venture as well so something is going to have to give. So starting in January I will only be servicing the 260 plus businesses that I take care of. I will no longer be keeping regular store hours and I’ll be closing my retail location.
I will still be building and selling computers, but I will no longer be fixing anything that I don’t sell or build. This has been a very long time coming and I have seriously been considering this for years. The final straw came down to a customer interaction I had the other day...
It goes like this I copied this from a post I made earlier:
——————————————————————-
People go to Walmart and buy cheap Junk, passing on systems I build that will blow away their $300 Walmart crap.
Starting the first of the year I’ll only be servicing businesses and people who have purchased their system off of me, I will no longer work on cheap junk from Walmart and on systems of people who refuse to support buying local.
If people want to support Box stores like Wal Mart they can take it to the box stores like Best Buy and pay them 100 bucks just to diagnose their problem, then charge them an arm and a leg.
I worked over an hour the other day on a guys system, didn’t charge him to diagnose it or to remove his pictures. He then ask me how much one of my new towers were I said $500 he then goes to Wal Mart spends $450 on a junk system (literally has 1/4th the power of my system) then has the audacity to come ask me to put his pictures back on it!!!!
I donate thousands of dollars per year to our local communities (a very large percentages my gross sales). Walmart donates literally nothing in comparison, they want to brag because they give 100 grand per year back to the local community, that would be like me giving away 2 bucks.

So no I’m not quitting what I’m doing I’m simply downscaling an area that makes very little profit for me and generates more headaches than it’s worth.
As long as your purchasing from me I will service everything I sell, but will no longer be offering repairs to the general public on computers I don’t build or sell.
Thanks again for all the support over the years and look forward to working many many more years in this field offering affordable superb systems and service.
My new office will be located in the basement of my big building where Shane’s Customs is now, Shane is not moving he is just getting a neighbor lol.
