XVIZION with state of the art flat bed printers also specializes in the direct print to substrate method with perfection. This method is currently in the trial and error stages with most of our competitors and this is why XVIZION prides itself with this specialized production process. If you are not familiar with the direct print to substrate production method, it is when we are able to print directly on to any type of material up to 3” thick regardless of texture, and because of the direct print to substrate method utilizes UV resistant inks which prolong your graphics life far beyond the normal laminated type of signage which are usually output with water based dyes that fade, bleed, and also de-laminate very quickly. As a bonus due to the steps this state of the art process eliminates, the direct print to substrate method is far more cost effective.
