Yesterday we had the pleasure of facilitating an executive briefing in Palo Alto for a selected group of Spanish CEOs visiting Silicon Valley.
During the session, we explored how Organizational Network Analysis and Agentic AI are reshaping how organizations understand collaboration, influence, and decision flows beyond the formal org chart. By making collaboration networks visible, leadership teams can identify key connectors, hidden bottlenecks, and opportunities to strengthen coordination across teams and business units.
We also discussed how agentic AI systems can help organizations move from static insights to continuous intelligence that supports faster decision making and more adaptive operating models.
