After 16 years of dedicated service to iWiSP and the communities we proudly serve, Sam and Helen Smith, founder and owners of iWiSP, have made the decision to step back from the business and begin the next chapter of their lives. RETIREMENT!!!
We are deeply grateful for the relationships, experiences, and growth this journey has provided over the years. It has been a privilege to work alongside so many valued customers, partners, associates, and friends who have supported iWiSP from its earliest days through today. Your trust, encouragement, and continued support — both professionally and personally — have meant more to our family than words can express.
Over the past year, we have remained focused on ensuring a smooth and successful leadership transition. During this time, Amber, Jeremy, and Kyle have worked closely with us in the daily operations and strategic direction of the company as they prepare to assume leadership responsibilities. They are committed to continuing iWiSP’s tradition of exceptional customer service, strengthening community relationships, and pursuing opportunities for future growth and innovation.
