Feeling Sentimental

A little history on Jim Pierce's Computer Service . This was sewn on my shirt by my mom back in 1999. It was my first logo, and went on my shirts and on my first store front sighns for Jim Pierce's Computer Service on the highway in morgan city next to Starter Service. See photo below, Comment below if you remember me there. I had already been doing computer repair for hire for a few years before that, working off of pager. mostly for Earnest Arnold at Allied Cash Register on Sandra St. in Morgan City. Comment below if you were one of the customers I did work on thru Earnest Arnold or directly by pager. I had already been doing computer stuff for a while before that. I still have not figured out exactly when I started using and learning computer repair. Notice the 504 area code, 985 didn't come along until 2001. If any of you remember me doing work for you back that 26 or more years ago, if you happen to see this, please comment below how long ago it was and how long you stayed with me. I still have clients now from almost all the way from the beginning.

I’m gonna do it a little different this time. I would like to show you these Christmas ornaments and see who might be interested in having some made before I make all of them, just so I have an idea if there’s an interest in them. I already havea lot of things made that I just made because it looks nice for Christmas. Is there something you would buy and hang on your tree or use it in another way as some type of decoration. These are the ornaments I am inquiring about. I can cut them out from scratch and assemble them or you can choose to put it together and paint them yourself along with your children and/or grandchildren as a Christmas project together.

So much for refrigerators holding food for a few days after electric goes out. Or electric went off here at 4:26 yesterday afternoon and no one was here to open it. We come back less then 24 hours later and everything in the freezer is melted and fridge side all is room temperature. So there goes the food. Guess it goes hand in hand with no electric. I’m leaving on a flight in the morning so I hope the electric is back up here before I go or becky and the pets won’t be having fun. We are having fun but very thankful that we are all safe and blessed that there is no major damage to our home. Generators can be a wonderful thing. Thank you Jesus for sparing us and our home.
