We are pleased to let you know that we now have a stable fix across all of our systems and equipment. We want to sincerely apologize again for the difficulties over the past couple of days and thank you for your incredible patience and understanding.

We want to let you know that internet service may be unstable for the time being. Our central office is still experiencing power issues. An electrician is on the way to help us stabilize the power, and we will keep you updated as soon as the issue is resolved.

We want to let you know that we no longer have a full-time office staff, so our office doors may be closed when we are out in the field assisting other customers.

If you need to reach us, please call our office number — it will automatically forward to us in the field, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

For your convenience, you can now pay your bill through our secure payment portal on our website. We also have a drop box located on the front of the building for check or money order payments.

If you need to make payment arrangements, just give us a call — we’re happy to work with you.
