We’ve been busy wrapping up another web design project! 💻 This one was unique because the client has TWO separate businesses but wanted to design a landing page to help direct patients to the appropriate program (inpatient vs. outpatient). To help plan the process we mapped out the pages & then brought the idea to life! 👏

According to Inc.com, by delegating just 10% of your workload, you can grow your business more than 20%. But let’s face it, sometimes delegating is hard to do especially if are a perfectionist. (Ahem... guilty ✋) So what’s the secret to letting go and trusting others to help?

1. Be sure to set clear expectations, explain the goals and the standards that will be used to measure the results.
2. Give he/she the authority to get the job done.
3. Try to align the job with people that better fit the skillset for the task.
4. Delegate the right things. Make it meaningful and not a mundane task that they won’t hold valuable.
5. Relax and breathe. Everything is going to be fine.
