$4,900 AWARD WINNER: City of Pella, Iowa - Government

Central Park, in the heart of downtown, serves as a popular social hub. To improve seating and accessibility, the City will install two concrete patio sets, each with a table and accessible benches, on the west side of the park near the crosswalk. This location offers convenient access to parking and opoen green space for children, while avoidding interference with weekly events.
